Pontaltech Connector — Documentation

This connector lets your AI agent work with RCS message templates on your Pontaltech account: list existing templates, generate an interactive preview, and create new ones after your confirmation.

Tools

Tool	What it does
`listar_templates_rcs`	Lists your account templates (pagination and filters). Read-only.
`preview_template_rcs`	Generates a link to preview a template (phone mockup with rich cards, carousel, buttons and media). Read-only.
`criar_template_rcs`	Creates a template. Requires you to confirm the preview first.

Getting started

Add the connector in your AI client (Claude or ChatGPT) using the server URL.
When prompted to authorize, paste your Pontaltech client_secret in the field, read the IP notice, check the box and click Authorize.
Ask the agent to list, preview or create RCS templates.

Media

Images can be sent as a public URL (fileUrl) or as base64 in arquivos (referencing file1/file2). Accepts PNG, JPEG, GIF and SVG — static SVG is converted to PNG automatically.

Authentication & security

OAuth 2.0 (authorization code + PKCE). Your client_secret is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). If your account has an IP allowlist, it is verified at authorization time. See the privacy policy.

Este conector permite que seu agente de IA trabalhe com templates de mensagem RCS na sua conta Pontaltech: listar templates existentes, gerar uma pré-visualização interativa e criar novos após a sua confirmação.

Como começar

Adicione o conector no seu cliente de IA (Claude ou ChatGPT) usando a URL do servidor.
Na tela de autorização, cole o client_secret da sua conta Pontaltech no campo, leia o aviso sobre IP, marque a caixa e clique em Autorizar.
Peça ao agente para listar, pré-visualizar ou criar templates de RCS.

Mídia

Imagens podem ser enviadas como URL pública (fileUrl) ou como base64 em arquivos (referenciando file1/file2). Aceita PNG, JPEG, GIF e SVG — SVG estático é convertido para PNG automaticamente.

Autenticação e segurança

OAuth 2.0 (authorization code + PKCE). Seu client_secret é armazenado criptografado (AES-256-GCM). Se a sua conta tem allowlist de IP, ela é verificada no momento da autorização. Veja a política de privacidade.
